Child Safety Standards
Our Commitment to Child Safety
Vivah Sangam has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual exploitation and abuse. We do not allow any content that sexualizes or endangers children, real or fictional. This includes any visual depictions, sharing third-party links, or discussions of sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
What is CSAM?
CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) stands for child sexual abuse material. It is illegal, and our Terms of Service strictly prohibit using Vivah Sangam’s services to store or share this content. CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Prohibited Content
It is prohibited to upload, store, produce, share, or entice anyone to share child sexual abuse material, even if the intent is to express outrage or raise awareness about this issue.
Any violation of this policy will result in the user being permanently removed from Vivah Sangam and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Age Verification
- Vivah Sangam is strictly for adults 18 years and older
- All users must verify their age during registration by providing their date of birth
- We actively enforce our age requirement to ensure the safety of our community
